Working principle

 

Three-disc electromagnetic separator suits for a variety of strong magnetic minerals mixed ore separation, according to the difference of magnetic minerals, could achieve efficient separation. It can form different magnetic intensity by adjusting the excitation current levels, can also adjust each disk level and sensing distance between dressing grain, to get different magnetic induction intensity, reach a one-time separation for mixed type minerals.

 

This machine is widely used in ilmenite, monazite, tungsten, tin, tantalum, iron ore and other minerals with magnetic and non-magnetic dry sorting.
