Product Overview
Introduction
Jaw Crusher is mainly applied for primary,medium,and fine crushing various kinds of ores and lump materials with max compression strength of no more than 320 Mpa in industries of metallurgy,mining,chemical,construction,highway,railway,waterworks,and so on.The
max compression strength of the materials that will be crushed could be 2000kg/cm².It is not suitable to crush clay materials as
the crushing cavity is easily clogged.

Application
1) stone Jaw Crusher is widely used in the works of mine, smelting, building materials, road, railway,
irrigation,chemical industry etc.
2)The jaw crusher is applicable for the rough and medium crushing of rocks and ores with a compressive strength less than 320MPA.
It is the preferred equipment of secondary crushing.

Working Principle
The motor transmits through belt, drives the moving jaw to do periodic motion towards the fixed jaw by the eccentric shaft. The
angle between toggle plate and moving jaw plate increases when mobile jaw moving. So the mobile jaw moves towards the fixed jaw.
The stuff will be crushed in this process. The angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases when moving jaw moves down, the
moving jaw moves leaves fixed jaw by pulling rod and spring, the final crushed stuff will be discharged from the outlet.

Structure
The jaw crusher mainly consists of: fixed jaw, movable jaw, frame, upper and lower guards, Jaw crusher structure Adjustment seat, moving rod and other components. A good understanding of the internal structure of the jaw crusher can play a very good role in the use of the jaw crusher and when problems occur.
